I moved in to this property in August and am looking to lower rent costs with a roommate! Being in Newtown, it’s close to everything you could need and a quick five minutes from the loop. The room has it’s own bathroom (not attached) as well as a door to the backyard deck. Backyard is fenced in. The room could include a bed+frame and a desk, but also that can be removed if needed.

Hi, I am an engineering professor at UGA- so I’m definitely not interested in undergraduate students as roommates! I have two cats and a dog (Toast, Aspen and Shadow), lot’s of plants, and like to keep things pretty tidy. I’m friendly, open and social but need my alone time so I’ll respect yours!
