All utilities included (electric, gas, water, trash WiFi). The condo has hardwood floors, central Air & Heat, full kitchen with dishwasher gas stove & tiled floor. Room is for 1 person only and you will be sharing the condo with another person. No pets. No guests sleeping over. Room is fully furnished, and the building is safe and secure.

Roommate is an easy going single mature male in my late 50’s. I love all types of music, sports and the outdoors.
