I have a room Available to rent in a home in Virginia Hills in McKinney Texas. I am a 42 year old male who works as a business professional in hospitality. The rent includes the entire second floor with bonus room and private bathroom. The bonus room is furnished with couches and a tv and a bar area you could even set up as a kitchenette. You will only need bedroom Furniture. I work 7am-6pm and enjoy evenings on my back porch, so I keep to myself. You will also have full access to the kitchen and I have a covered back porch with mounted tv and fenced in back yard. Ready to move in. Would be happy to tour you. I can be flexible on the deposit.
