About the room
Hi! I am looking to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom townhouse. You would have the entire 3rd floor to yourself, which includes the master bedroom (fully furnished), large closet, and private bathroom. It will be available starting in mid December, and subleases can be as short as a month or go to the end of my lease, which ends July 31st. The home is updated, clean, and just a 5 minute walk to the UMB campus. There is also a private parking spot behind the house!
The rent is $1175 (flexible) and utilities , internet, and a monthly cleaning service are all included!
About the roomies
The landlord currently rents to rotating students, so sometimes there are new roommates every month, or there can be a break and you have the house to yourself! The other roommates are always young professionals or students of UMB.
