Utilities includes: Electric, Water, Internet, Alarm system, (Cable in the living room). If you would like cable in your room it will be an additional $25 monthly and a 1 time fee of $50 for equipment and setup.
Requirements: Minimum Credit Score 580. No evictions or recent filings. Clean Background Check. No SMOKING in the HOUSE!!!! No PETS!!!
