We are renting 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom tri- level home and the room is move-in ready! The room has its own bathroom and separate living space that is furnished and can be made to be your own personal hang space. There is a fireplace and our projector hanging you are free to use, I do just need access to my desk occassionally. We do need access to the laundry room and crawl space door as needed.

The home has had a fresh remodel with updated kitchen and front living room. We also have a hot tub and fun patio you can use as well! There is off street parking.

1 friendly dog is welcome, no cats and tbd on other animals.

Rent is $950 including utilities due on the 5th of each month and 1 months rent as a security deposit. There is also a $ pet fee for dogs.

We are selective in roommates and looking for a female, LGBTQ+ friendly, and ok with our golden retriever. If you’re outgoing we would love to hang, or if your more private we will respect your space.

I am a queer single mother to my awesome teen named Marlie! I own an event planning company and work from home when I’m not working weddings or events. I love to be outside camping, going to breweries, riding bikes, or taking my dog swimming at the ponds. I’m also a Fort Collins Native!
