About the room
The room for rent is located in Camden Main and Jamboree, Irvine. It’s BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It’s in the center of EVERYTHING and very safe neighborhood. The apartment is fully furnished but not the bedroom.
Newly renovated amenity spaces are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Take advantage of 24-hour fitness center with machines and Peloton bikes, or swim laps in our resort-style junior Olympic-sized pool. Lounge by one of two outdoor fireplaces, or grill up for a party in our barbecue station grilling courtyard.
Need someone who is professional, cleans after themselves and respect each others privacy. No overnight guest, no smoking in the building, no pets, responsible drinking. Pictures will be posted soon.
