3 bedroom house in Golden Hill. I am looking for 2 more roommates to fill. This house is an ADU in the backyard of a larger house. Partially remodeled with hardwood floors on the first floor. I’m not sure the exact move in date because the landlord may need to do repairs from previous tenants. The first bedroom is on the first floor with a closet. The two other bedrooms are upstairs, A frame rooms with no closet but designated storage areas.
I am 23 and from San Diego. I work full-time as an HVAC technician and I also attend CIty College. I am quite, clean and tranquil. I enjoy music, making art and skateboarding. Im very mindful and respectful of others space. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and around the same age. I am friends with the people who live in the big house so it’s like a little community.
