You will have your own private bathroom and room. You will only share the kitchen and common area. The complex is a off campus student apartment, so the usually give first dibs to college students; however, they also accept applications from people who are not students. There is reserved parking available even though I do not have a spot reserved to pass to you. You will be placed on a waitlist. I am subleasing my apartment. So, you will be taking over my lease. My lease is up on July 31, 2024. You have the chance to renew also, if you want to.

I have two roommates. My roommates are quiet and neat. No loud friends coming over, no late nights. I’m the night owl out of the two. We usually keep to ourselves.
