Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment located in Bellevue! You would have the master bedroom.

Rent is roughly $886 including internet. And electricity is around $40 to $70 a month after it has been split. There is also a $350 roommate exchange fee that would be spilt between whoever takes over my room and I. If you have a pet, pet fees are $15 a month. My current roommates don’t accept dogs, but are very welcome to cats.
