Have rooms for rent for student/nurse or young professional available now. Rooms can be furnish with desk/chair/bed upon request. Person must be clean, non-smoker, and NO PETS. Bathroom is shared and cleaned weekly. Rent is due monthly + utilites split. Good commute from UTD (about 5 miles) and Collin College Spring Creek Campus (about 4 miles).
