I’m moving to Portland, freeing up my room in a duplex around December 11th. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1 car garage, large fenced backyard, and laundry room. We are looking for left leaning, open-minded, respectful roommates, preferably around the same age as the current roomies. Strong preference for female and fem people ideally as well. We like to keep a clean house so ideally someone who can keep up with their chores. We also have 2 cats here. The house is completely furnished so we’re not looking to add more to it. Your room will be unfurnished and cleaned. Rent for your room would be $600 plus utilities split equally between all housemates (anywhere from ~$50-100 each). This would be prorated for December depending on your move-in date. There is also a security deposit of $700 to be paid to the roommate you’re replacing. You would also have to apply through the property manager, be approved and added onto the lease ($50 application fee, co-signers allowed). They will also require you to show proof of renter’s insurance. The lease is month-month. Please let me know if you are interested and I will connect you with the current roomies!

First is almost 25 (she/her), second is 28 (he/him), they are sharing the primary bedroom. They also have the two current cats, both indoor only boys, 1 and 3. The third roommate is 20 (they/them), so you would be the 4th roommate.
