• 1 shared bathroom with 1 other female in household, 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
• 2 small outdoor fenced yards.
• Bedroom has a large closet, and the hallway outside the bedroom has 2 storage closets. The room also has a large storage space in addition to the closet.
• Common areas are furnished, including common kitchen and cleaning appliances.
• There is a large garage that can be used for storage and/or parking depending on our needs.
• There is plenty of unused street parking immediately outside the house, as well as a small lot on either end of the block that is usually empty.
• BART stop 5 minute drive away

• 2 females in their mid 20s. We like to prioritize keeping the house tidy and clean.
• About me (sublandlord): On the weekends I like taking my dog to a local park or the beach. I also like seeing live music, playing board games, watching dating reality tv, and going to second-hand stores. I work in HR and have an MBA. As a next step I would like to take the PHR and have just started that process.
