• Sublease available: June 1, 2026. Current lease at the house ends October 31, 2026. Opportunity to extend if we choose to.
• 1 shared bathroom with 1 tidy/clean woman, 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
• 2 small outdoor fenced yards.
• Bedroom has a large closet, and the hallway outside the bedroom has 2 storage closets. The room also has a large storage space in addition to the closet.
• Common areas are furnished, including typical kitchen and cleaning appliances. There is space to accommodate additional furniture/appliances in common areas and we can to rework the space as needed depending on what new furniture is brought in.
• There is a large garage that can be used for storage and/or parking depending on our needs.
• Parking: plenty of unused street parking immediately outside the house, as well as 2 small lots on either end of the block that always have spots available. BART stop 5 minute drive away, 20 minute walk (~1 mile)

About other occupants:

• 2 femmes in our mid 20s. We prioritize keeping the house tidy and clean. We both work M-F hybrid jobs, where we will go into the office 2-3 times a week, and work from home the other days.
• About me (sublandlord): In my spare time, I like to go into the city, take my dog to a local park, and play/see live music. I also like playing board games, crafting, watching dating reality tv, and going to second-hand stores. I work in HR at a music venue.
• 1 cat and 1 dog who belong to me ◡̈
• We both have friends over on a regular basis, but try to be respectful about notifying one another when we plan to have guests.

About you:

• Used to communal living, will be respectful of other roommates and keep space tidy/clean
• Strong communication skills, thoughtful about the needs of your housemates and sharing your own needs
• Good with dogs
