Valley Road

It’s a great room, with AC, Free Wi-Fi and all utilities included, a queen bed, desk, walk in closet and private bathroom it’s great for students and is a 5-minute walk through the park to campus. I’m looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease because I am studying abroad in New Zealand starting in February. I will cover first month’s rent earliest move in date would be 20th of February.

There are 3 other roommates that share the kitchen and are very clean and respectful, I have found they we all have different schedules and rarely see them so cooking and eating is usually uninterrupted.
