This is a two-bedroom apartment.

The listing is for one of the rooms. An unfurnished 1-bedroom that has its private bathroom. The layout provides maximum privacy as the rooms lay on adjacent corners of the apartment. The kitchen is an open concept and very spacious.

The other room is currently occupied by my 54 y/o uncle (male). He works across the street and will be there only on workdays (3 to 5 days a week). Which means he will barely be present.

The current occupant is a very laid-back 54-year-old male. he is tidy and respectful. He will ensure you have the personal space you need as he expects to spend most of his time working and away on days he is not. Overall, the experience should be smooth and easy.
