Hi a little about the room. We have a large room for rent with en-suite bathroom and private entrance. Room has two closets. No house access but you’re welcome to have a little studio sized fridge and microwave. Perfect for a single person. We are looking for someone with a full time job with proof, no work from home. No overnight guests. No partying or drugs. Plenty of street parking including in front of our home. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and pays rent on time. Please abide by our rules.

My husband and I live in the home along with my stepson. We work full time professional jobs but i have random days off during the week. We are looking for a perfect fit to live in our home.

Month to month but prefer long term.
