Single bedroom with private bathroom in a quiet gated condo complex in San Pedro. There are pools and jacuzzis on the complex, along with plenty of guest and street parking. Walking distance to markets, shops, parks, and restaurants. Laundry in the unit, as well as a bbq on the patio. A relaxing creek runs through the complex. Please no couples or people who work from home.

Single female professional in the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. I would consider some pets like birds, rabbits, some reptiles, but I do have two small birds so no cats or dogs. Looking for someone who doesn’t work late hours constantly and who is clean (for both their own space and the common areas) and friendly. I’m pretty flexible on the move-in date as well as the length of stay, as long as it is after September 27. I would also consider lowering the rent a bit if the person is gone a lot or spends the night somewhere else 2-3 nights a week, and can help with the birds when I go out of town. I’m usually gone 5-7 days a month to travel. The bedroom is partially furnished with a bed and lamp. There is new carpet in the bedrooms so please no smoking or vaping. I just got a new HVAC system installed. I can begin showing the bedroom immediately.
