We have a 184 sq ft single room in our recently updated duplex available for rent in the Lake of the Pines Community. The room is partially furnished (bed and 2 nightstands) with the option of additional furniture if needed. We are asking for $845 a month with a $500 security deposit (payment options available for security deposit) Rent covers all utilities, including Wi-Fi, and a Fire Stick with access to many streaming services. Room comes with a designated parking spot. Tenant will have access to common areas, including living room, kitchen, bathroom, and access to laundry. Current resident has a small, well-behaved dog, so this is a NO PETS unit. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, inside of the home. Lake of the Pines has many amenities (some require a fee) that the tenant will have access to including golf, tennis court, pool, restaurants, etc. We are looking for a single quiet working professional with no drama.
