APPLICATION PROCESS: STEP 1: Go to the linked listing, review property, and request to see the property guidebook/tour. STEP 2:

• Submit booking request w/ desired dates
• Set up a time to complete initial screening call.
• The initial screening includes a set of questions to find out about your reservation and an interview call to answer any questions about the household + go over house rules. We also ask to find out a little bit about the guest, to see if it is a good fit for them and others in the home.
• If its a good match, we’ll invite to do formal background screening.

STEP 3: Complete formal screening application.

• if approved, sign rental agreement, place deposit, and you’ll be welcomed into the home! 😁🎉

Renter Criteria: Income 2.5x Rent 600+ Credit Score Clean Background Positive Renter History
