Just me and my two cats are currently here. I’m 23 just got out of the Air Force, and my room mate deployed and is moving out. The room isn’t really anything special honestly so I would be willing to negotiate the rent I understand how tough it is out here for our generation to find decent housing. I’m open to also sharing the room I use as an office if anyone one is also in school. I love to cook and try to keep the place as clean as I can. My cats Can be pretty crazy on occasion but wouldn’t scratch or bother guests and people in general.
