Hello, I am seeking a quiet roommate that is either a student or working professional. No smoking, and no parties. I have a cat who mostly stays in my room. I am open to another cat living there that is neutered/spayed and not aggressive as well as it must be house trained.

I’m quiet and spend most of my time to myself reading, exercising, and working on art. I would prefer my roommate to be heterosexual.
