This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the first floor. It has a dishwasher, in unit laundry, and has air conditioning (refrigerated). The apartment has a no smoking policy. The apartment has a 2 pet maximum limit and I have 2 cats, but my old roommate will be coming back for their cat at a later time so there will be room for another pet once that happens. The current lease ends in September 2024. The room that is available was used as an office space/bedroom until now. I will be taking out the desk and leaving the bed and nightstand in the room, unless you want to provide your own bed, which is fine. The rest of the apartment is furnished by me, and the apartment complex has a pool and fitness center available as well.

Hey there, I moved here in August and my current roommate is moving out in December, and I’ll need another roommate to move in and help with the rent! I work from home full time, I like to go hiking, I’m a nerd so I like gaming and D&D and overall I’m really chill. I like to explore the city and find new restaurants and just hang out. I don’t smoke (cigarettes or weed), I don’t vape and I only drink on occasion.
