I am renting the master suite (322 sf) in my single family home near Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.

Length of lease is negotiable. I would also consider weekly or monthly on a prorated and recurring basis for a traveling professional.

Furnished or unfurnished. The room currently has a full bed, desk, night stand, and TV, but I can remove those to make room for your own stuff.

The hallway leading into the room has his and her closets with built-in shelves.

The bathroom has a shower stall with no tub. There is a bonus sitting room/laundry area with doors that close off from the bedroom area.

Sliding glass doors in the room lead to the patio and pool area.

The house is 4 bed / 2 bath with a pool, large back yard (1/3 acre), and mature fruit trees. It’s on a safe and quiet street. Street parking is available.

Some additional storage space is available in the garage if needed.

All Utilities included: WiFi, streaming entertainment (Netflix, Hulu, & Live TV), pool service, water, sewage, garbage, gas, electricity, gardening.

Will rent to a single person or to a couple. For a couple, I will ask for $1175/mo.

Sorry, no pets or smokers, no exceptions.

I am a professor at Stan State. I live in the home about one third of the time. I occupy one of the bedrooms. A single woman occupies the remaining bedrooms, and a single woman stays part-time in a unit attached to the garage.

We are quiet and friendly and busy; we are looking for the same. This is a house ideally for working professionals or serious students. No smoking, inside parties (backyard pool parties OK!), loud music, or overnight guests.
