322 square foot master suite with a king memory foam bed, full bath, microwave and mini fridge, huge closet, and slider that opens to the breezy patio and sparkling pool. Access to the common areas, including the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and yard.

The house is 4 bed / 2 bath with a pool, large back yard (1/3 acre), and mature fruit trees. It’s on a safe and quiet street. Street parking is available.

Expenses Included: WiFi, pool service, water, electric, gas, sewer, gardening, pest control.

Sorry, no smokers or vapers – no exceptions. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Pets considered with additional deposit, but must stay in the master suite and/or outdoors.

Lease terms: Available August 15. Maximum 6-month lease to start. Maximum stay of 12 months, or longer for degree-seeking students and professionals on assignment.

I am a professor at Stan State. I live in the home about one quarter of the time. I occupy one of the bedrooms. A single woman occupies the remaining bedrooms, and a single woman stays in a unit attached to the garage.

We are quiet and friendly and busy; we are looking for the same. No parties (backyard pool parties OK!), loud music, or overnight guests.
