Room for Rent: 1 bedroom/ 1 private bath, W/D in home, second floor apartment, gated apartment community, plenty of parking around the neighborhood.

Right next to Jamboree Marketplace (24 hour fitness, Amazon fresh, ultra, etc). Plenty of parks and things to do around the area. Community has 2 pools, a clubhouse, and a business center.

My lease is up on January 27th and my roommate will be moving out. The move in date may be sooner but as of right now, that’s the earliest. The next lease offered is likely going to be for 12-14 months.

Rent will be about $1,400 to $1,500 not including utilities as they said it may be about a 4.5-5% increase from our current monthly rent. You may not need to pay a security deposit depending on your application with the apartment complex, though I can’t guarantee. You will have to pay an application fee to the apartment complex as per usual when first moving in.

Your roommates will include myself, my child and two cats. I work from home in my room but my daughter and I do use the common space once she’s out of school. If you’re working from home that’s totally fine, we can figure out schedules so we can stay out of the common areas during that time so we’re not interrupting your work. We’re out of the home a lot of various things but can be homebodies at times. I don’t mind if you have visitors over but would prefer no parties (though this can be discussed).
