Katrice's room

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath property located in South Houston. Two of the rooms are filled, we just need one more person to make this a happy home. It is a short drive (20 min or less) from all sports stadiums, the medical center and downtown Houston. This is a rental property while I am away on business. There is a property manager that will manage the property in my absence.

There are 2 young females (mid 20s and mid 30’s) that live here. They are very clean and tidy with friendly personalities. They are both employed and take great care of the home.
