I keep the apartment clean all I ask is for you to keep your room and bathroom clean.

Open parking is available,

I’m 420 friendly.

I have 2 outdoor cats that do come in several times a day for feedings or if it’s cold.

Bills are split evenly each month and rent is due on the 1st each month with NO exceptions. My complex does not provide a grace period it is due the 1st or a severe late fee will be issued with a formal note of eviction from the complex it’s self. I will not tolerate a late fee. I work hard each month for my share and expect my roomie to as well! I always pay my rent 2 days early and would politely ask for you to have your share turned in by then as well as it takes several business days for my bank to process the transaction each month.

As long as you work hard and pull your weight I think we will get along great!

The area is located in Houston’s China town and there’s lots of neat restaurants and shops around for you to explore.

My name is Ellie, I’m 25 years old and I work full time as a waitress. I keep to myself a lot and am very introverted. I try to keep myself busy when I’m not working by cleaning or going out or spending time with my friends and loved ones. I enjoy baking and thrifting on weekends. I am very respectful. I am not loud, I enjoy the quiet and If im home I will be in my room usually resting for the next day of work.
