Avry's room

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Lafayette. This was an older house but it is in the process of being remodeled. It will be ready Jan 1st 2024. Your rent would be $750 a month not including utilities. I’m guessing utilities will be around $200 depending how good we are with being conservative. I would like you to keep in mind I will split the utility bill with you as well as the WIFI bill if your are open to it. I will provide furniture for every room except yours! There is a small basement, where the washer and dryer will be. I bought both so no worries! There is a good size yard, and a driveway.

As of right now it is just me who is going to be living there. I work full time. I have a little puppy who is pretty well behaved. He will be bigger by January. I have an extra room the exact same size as mine available to be rented. My goal was to make it more affordable for both of us by splitting the rent. I am looking for a calm roommate who enjoys peaceful settings. I would prefer to room with a female though! I am very open so if you have any questions feel free to text me to set up a time to call.
