About the roomies
I am a 45 year old male and I have been a landlord since 2009. I do not live on the property but I do maintain it myself. All yard work and everything else I take care of. Currently I have only one tenant living on premises - a late 40’s female who’s been renting the master bedroom for 6 years now. She’s very clean and very nice.
