The apartment complex is a gated community that also has a pool, a grassy gated area for dogs, a small gym, and outdoor gym equipment; if that’s your thing. The gym, while small, usually only has about 1-2 people in it, max. The staff are respectful, timely, and happy to help.

The apartment itself has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer; but is otherwise unfurnished. The apartment is two bedroom, two bath, with the master having the bathroom attached. I would like the master but it’s not too important to me, so you’re more than welcome to it if you want. There’s heating/AC as well. I’m looking for a place on the second floor, but first and third floor is always a possibility.

The Lotus complex is located in a very fortunate area. It’s basically across the street from an American Furniture Warehouse, with a Walmart and several smaller stores, gas stations, and fast food joints in the immediate area. It’s also right next to Highway Access, so it’s easy to get places relatively quickly. If you’re military, then it’s about 15-ish minutes away from Luke AFB.

Hello! I’m Ethan, but I prefer to go by Harris. I’m nerdy, generally quiet and sociable, and will usually never turn down a Saturday night out on the town. Not too big on clubs, though. Way too far outside my comfort zone. Full disclosure, I’m really just looking to lower my rent with this, so we don’t have to get along or anything. I’d like to, but if you’re more of a “stay out of each other’s way” kinda fella, than I’m cool to go along with it.

I move into the apartment around the middle of January, with the possibility of moving closer to the start of January. I’m already in a studio apartment within the complex so I can attest to the quality of the location. I would like one family and one non-family reference, and I have my own references, if you want. My kittens, Indie and Cream, are about 6-8 months old, though I don’t know exactly as they’re rescues with less than perfect medical records. They’re very affectionate and energetic, but are shy with new people and places so they might be a bit skittish for a day or two. I myself tend to keep to myself unless you like to socialize, so whether you want to be best friends or just sort of live in the same apartment, I’m good either way.
