Downstairs master bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse available December 1st. Great location in a peaceful neighborhood two blocks from the lake with a pool, tennis court and genuinely friendly neighbors. Less than a mile and a half from Birkdale and easy access to I-77, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room is large with a South-facing window, good size bathroom and two walk-in closets. There’s a washer and dryer downstairs as well as shared living room, kitchen, and dining area. Rent is $950 with a $950 deposit. Internet included. Utilities are shared and average $45 to $75 each.

Current housemates are easygoing, quiet, respectful, and tidy. Looking for someone similar to round out the trio. This room is for one person with no pets (although I might be open to a low-impact, hypo-allergenic critter). Must be ok with a background check, be gainfully employed (preferably outside the house, occasional work from home ok), and no drugs.
