North Gates Avenue

Single bedroom available in a 2 BR/2 BA apartment. You have your own bathroom, but is not attached to the bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Water, internet, and utilities not included in rent price. The apartment complex is a small, gated community with a workout room and outdoor pool. There is one assigned parking spot, then other spots available within the complex, as well as street parking close to the apartment. Located just off the Figarden Loop, with lots of stores and restaurants in the area. (Photos were taken from website. I can send real photos to interested parties.)

I currently live here and my roommate will be moving out around the middle of January. Ideally, I am looking to have someone move into this apartment with me and my dog, Penny. Penny is super friendly with people, but is not friendly with other animals. For that reason, I have to ask that you be okay with a friendly dog but that you don’t have any pets yourself. I work at a local winery and for a catering company, so my schedule is busy and ever changing. When I am not working, I am usually at home watching tv, working on puzzles, doing yoga, or reading. The kitchen is fully furnished, but the living room will most likely be in need of furniture, as the couch belongs to my current roommate.
