You will live in a beautiful High end neighborhood. You will have gym access/pool access with your own private suite upstairs including your own living room and tv in your bedroom and smart tv in your living room. You will have full use of the kitchen as well. The home is less than a half mile to beautiful lake Robinson. The neighborhood has it’s own coffee shop and Wine Bar. The 509 Wine Bistro and Restaurant and Barista Alley Coffeeshop by the gym and Pool.

I love meeting knew people and love hospitality to my Renter. I love to play pickleball and Kayak. I retired, but work Partime. I enjoy sharing my new and beautiful 🏡 Home and walking in this safe and magnificent, quiet Neighborhood.
