Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd female to share a 3-bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet SE Boise neighborhood. The room will be available starting on 04/01/24

The house has a large, low maintenance, and fully fenced-in backyard. There is laundry in the unit, an attached garage, and private parking. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a high-end gas stove, and a walk-in pantry. Large open family room. The bathroom is updated. As tenants, we are responsible for lawn care. Close to shops, restaurants, and the greenbelt. 8 minute drive to downtown Boise.

Rent is $750, plus utilities– water, gas, electricity, internet, sewage, and trash. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Dog lover is a must— I have a small beagle mix. She’s female, well-behaved, and very quiet.

Two females, both 30, and working full time. We’re tidy, clean, and quiet. We have been renting together for 6 months and are hoping to find a third gal to share our home with :)
