I’m looking for 1 or 2 roomies to fill in empty rooms in my 3bd 2ba apartment! I currently only have 1 roommate but she is moving out April 5th to be closer to family & I want to avoid breaking my lease or transferring units as moving right now would be stressful with my busy schedule. Right now we have an empty room used as a guest room but I’m okay with filling in that room as well.

A plus about this apartment is you won’t have to pay a security deposit because you’d be replacing someone on my current lease, which is up August 31st!

It’s a fantastic price for the area: it’s within walking distance to shopping, food, highway access, & trails! There’s a spa-like pool & 24 hr gym which is another plus!

Rent split into 2 would be $750 each & split into 3 would be $540 each!

I work 2 jobs currently & I keep to myself for the most part but I’m extroverted with good company. I prefer another female in my age range (20’s) that’s financially responsible & trustworthy. I’m clean, easygoing and respectful with shared space. I have 2 cats that are the sweetest & they’re my world so pet friendly is a must. 😊
