About the room
Hi, we have a room available for rent for $1100 a month plus utilities. The room shares a bathroom with one other. There is a good size living room which I take up about 1/3rd of. The rest can be used for storage or can be setup to hangout.
About the roomies
I am male, 42 and work from home. The other roommate is male, 34 and works full time. We pretty much do our own thing. We are next to the freeway if that concerns you but as far as noise I never hear it myself. I love living in the hills with a nice walk to Philz on a sunny day!
