Unique and spacious rooms available; shared spaces on the first floor include a living room, dining room, powder room, and kitchen. The second floor comprises three private bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while the third floor offers a private bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. First-come, first-served basis. Tenants have access to a washer-dryer. Excellent location near the water, in Midtown, close to downtown Harrisburg and the college. On-street parking available with three private entrances to the first floor. Utilities not included; additional $30 for cable and $40 for water and electric.

This space accommodates four tenants, each enjoying a private room. College students are welcome, with a strict no-party policy. The owner does not reside on-site but conducts occasional check-ins. Seeking young professionals with good credit for background checks; long-term tenants preferred. The home is unfurnished, allowing you to bring your furniture for your private room. No smoking, pets.
