Hello! Looking for somebody to take over my lease. Good sized room with beautiful builtins and an amazing lighting. There is a a bathroom with a large shower and vanity which would be shared with one other tenant. The home has a full kitchen and a beautiful backyard space with a deck. There is an in building washer and dryer as well as two living areas. Two other female tenants currently reside in this home and they are open to female tenants.

The roommates that live at the home are cute, outdoorsy and love thrift shopping. Both are Students and Colorado State University.
