• Westside/Palms/Mar Vista area (National/S Sepulveda).
• 1 person only.
• Sorry we love them but no more pets.
• Street parking. Laundry on site.
• Very centrally located on West side - right next to 10 fwy & the 405 between West LA/Culver/Mar Vista.
• Easy access to UCLA, Santa Monica/ Venice Beaches, Downtown Culver
• 1 block to the Metro bus, the Expo line is under a mile.
• Whole Foods is a 3 min drive. Walking distance between 2 Trader Joes, Vons, CVS.
• Street Parking, no permits required.

Current roommates are: Damilya (45yrs) from Kazakhstan who works at UCLA, used to work in a bakery in Germany, is very quiet and into meditation and Katherine (25yrs), super sweet and works in AI/Tech (Note: she has a cat). Preference for infrequent overnight guests (and to communicate in advance for out-of-town visitors). Also, we prefer not to wear outside shoes in house.

• An ideal roommate would be kind, clean (we rotate weekly cleaning duties), conscientious with a full-time job.

• This is a closed, gated community of mainly elderly home-owners or families with young children so this is definitely not for loud music/TV/parties etc.

• The apartment is an upper floor unit in a 2-story building. The kitchen, porch and living room are the common areas. It has hardwood floors (so we have to walk with a soft step for the people downstairs) and is generally breezy/cool in the summer since it is in the trees. It’s a very quiet hideaway with lush vegetation and two pools in a gated community.

• First month rent plus the same amount deposit, due prior to move in. I will request credit score, last 2 pay stubs and references. Deposit returned within 30 days of moving out, just deep clean the room as you received it and no holes in the walls please (or hire a professional to fix them/patch the holes etc before moving out).
