West Court Street

Looking for someone to lease a 3 bed 2-3 bath apartment at the end of January for a year-long stay. In the Echo Park area, it would include a private unfurnished bedroom and either a shared or private bath depending on where we lease. We are currently looking around. The common areas will be furnished, but feel free to add your own things and flair. The unit will have central AC and laundry in unit, along with a balcony and a full kitchen. In the space will be myself - female 29 years old, my pup - spayed 7 years old, and my current roommate - male 29 years old. We are chill people who keep a clean house and mind our own business. We maintain a non-aggression environment where you can safely make a home for your hobbies. Occasionally we go out for breakfast together or play video games together if you like to join. My pup is only 19 pounds and is a service animal so she is very sweet and well-behaved. Also very little to no shedding, I keep her maintained.
