The home is near the lake, parks, hiking in South Mountain Preserve, bike trails, and just minutes from the 202, I-10, Chandler Blvd, plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
The ideal female roommate is a working professional, a non-smoker, non-drug user, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and respectful. We value keeping common areas clean. Most importantly, someone who is nice, quiet, no drama, and has experience being a good roommate. No pets, No parties, No overnight stays. Month to month. Can work out a week to week basis if needed.
