Looking for Professional Female's room

This is a bedroom on second floor, fully furnished. You will have your own personal private bathroom. Room includes queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, TV, stereo, personal work desk/ chair, personal mini fridge, mini microwave, personal Keurig coffee machine. The common areas are mostly furnished…but I will gladly incorporate your style too along with any of your belongings if you like to make it feel like our home is your home!

We have two fitness gyms, three Jacuzzis, and two pools, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, right by the lake in Lakewood. It is in a great location in a really nice, safe neighborhood, and close proximity to park, lake, hiking in the south mountain preserve, surrounding bike trails, close to the south 202 and the I-10 / Chandler blvd, many restaurants, bars, theater, and shopping centers throughout the area.

Single female, low key and looking for the same. I enjoy hiking, bike riding, and outdoors. Enjoy reading, cooking, grilling, working out, and listening to music. The ideal female roommate is a working professional, a non-smoker, non-drug user, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and respectful. We value keeping common areas clean. Most importantly, we just want someone who is nice, quiet, no drama, likes to have fun, good communication skills and has experience being a good roommate. No pets please. No parties. No overnight stays. Month to month only. Can work out a week to week basis if needed.
