The bedroom is large and comes with a nightstand and bookshelf, and there is a spare dresser available. There are also newly renovated bathrooms and a set of washers and dryers for laundry, and ALL utilities are included in the rent. This includes heat, water, electricity, wi-fi, etc. There is a large backyard and a garage open for storage as well. All other furniture and kitchen needs are already provided as well for your convenience.

I am graduating in December from the University, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. In the house, there are 5 other girls who are all pursuing great degrees in nursing, pharmacy, and speech pathology. Everyone likes to have their time to study, but they also like having movie nights in the living room. Everyone is clean and respectful of each other’s space. Being so close to the college helps to not have to pay to park at school, and gives you some extra time in the mornings. I have loved living here, and I hope to find someone who will keep the positive atmosphere alive.
