I have a very nice guest room that’s very spacious in the Congress Heights/Paradise Hills area in NW Albuquerque. Searching for single professionsl occupant. My home is my haven and offers spectacular and forever unobstructed views of the Sandia’s & Balloon Fiesta Park. Very safe neighborhood.

I live alone with my extremely social and friendly White German Shepherd. I work full time (9-5) in commission sales. I take pride in maintaining a clean home and am looking for a like-minded individual who will respect and treat my home as well as I do. My current roommate is awesome but needs to be at a lower altitude for health reasons. I worked hard to have nice things and get frequent compliments on my home. I spend a good majority of my time in my garage which is basically my man cave. I surround myself with great people and get along with nearly everyone meet. Also not intimated by anyone and have no problem communicating maturely if necessary. I entertain guest occasionally and frequently have my girl stay over who is absolutely a salt of the earth individual. My hobbies include: Singer/Songwriter, Billiards (I have a custom table that requires permission to use). I have two adult kids who live in California and they are my world! I love my dog! My Dad was a Professional K9 Instructor for 30 years. If you don’t like dogs, my place isn’t for you. The room comes with a shared bathroom which is basically when I have guests visiting.
