This is the Primary bedroom. It has it’s own private bathroom, walk in closet and linen closet. All new appliances, flooring, carpet, blinds, fixtures, lighting, showers/tubs, toilets, cabinets & counter tops. The apt is on the 2nd floor. Parking is open. There are a few reserved spots which we can’t park in, but it has never been an issue. Smoking ok on the balcony. There are a ton of amenities if you choose to be on the lease only. The Apts require a background check, avg credit & approx 38k salary to qualify. They charge a $50 app fee.There is a nice pond close behind us. We are next to 66, 28 and 234. The total rent is $2195 all I am asking is $950 including utilities (electric, gas, water, trash, internet and cable in the living room). And a $500 deposit, half refundable upon lease completion. My sec deposit was $500 non refundable. The apt is 2bdrm w/den. I use the den for storage & a back up closet. Should you want cable in your room, it is $25 a mo. Common areas are 100% shared. This lease ends Sept. 30, 2024.

I am super laid back and stay to myself. I am super clean but not obsessive about it. I like to go out and I travel several times a year. I just moved into this apt after selling my home. I’m still unpacking myself. Looking for a like minded laid back person to help share the expenses. I do hope you’ll think of this as our apt and not just a room. The only requirement is you MUST be ok with my service dog. She is crazy and silly when the vest comes off but is all about business when it is on. I depend on her daily.
