This is a wonderful 800 sq ft room with your own bathroom and shower + closet located in the more quiet part of southside Berkeley.

-Furnished with a desk, table, and air mattress

The space opens to the shared kitchen which already has basic appliances like a fridge and microwave. On the other side of the kitchen is my room.

There are two reliable washers and dryers that are shared with the other units on the property. Parking is an option and requires property management approval.

Rent: $1550

Deposit: $500

Monthly utilities

• Water and garbage included
• Gas is usually ~$20-25 each
• Internet is ~$5 each

Since you would be put on the lease, the property management company requires an application.

Here is what they need for the online application:

1. Valid photo ID (Driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
2. Proof of income (3 most recent paystubs, most recent tax return, 3 most recent bank statements showing deposits, Schedule C form if self-employed, etc) For standard applicants and Co-signers

OR

3. Proof of enrollment (official enrollment verification form, current/future class schedule, or student ID with year issued) For students with Co-Signers
