It is a standalone private rear unit featuring an open floor plan & freshly landscaped outdoor space. The front yard features a grassy area & a built-in gas BBQ station/bar, which we use a few times a year for gatherings. The finished garage is currently used just for parking, but since it’s insulated with AC you can easily use it as a workshop or something else. We are about a 5 minute drive to SpaceX campus, or a 2 mile bike ride/run. Hermosa and Manhattan beach are about a 10-15min drive away. Private parking is included for one car with street parking available for more cars, or we can get creative with how we stack cars in the driveway.

Current Tenants both work at SpaceX, and like to keep the place fairly clean. We aren’t in the house much during the weekdays and try to hit the outdoors on the weekends.
