You’ll have access to the laundry room and space in the refrigerator and pantry. The application fee is $55, non-refundable, a month-to-month lease at $1,200 per month, and a non-refundable deposit of $700. The app fee and background check are $50.00.

We are looking for another guy without pets to live with us in our home in Colton—preferably other millennials. We are a married gay professional couple living in the house and prefer another gay or bi guy to live with us.
