It also includes a covered back patio with a fully fenced in back yard. The bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub with a shower head. The common areas (kitchen and living room) are shared. Access to Washer/dryer in laundry room and plenty of parking space. Rent includes all living utilities (electricity, heating, cooling, water, trash and wi-fi). Rent does not include Cable. I am a quiet, relaxed and friendly person. I’m a very easy going person. When my child and I are home we are either watching T.V. or in our rooms. The kitchen is shared with other roommate and space is given for kitchen gadgets, etc. No party, no drugs and no drama as I do like to create a Safer environment.
