Jenna's room

2 bed/2 bath apt in Point Loma that is on a month-to-month lease. It is currently occupied by a male and a female (we are a couple and are using one of the bed/baths). Our current roommate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take his place! We have a one car garage for storage, a balcony, and in unit washer/dryer. It’s $1,250 a month (it’s month-to-month) and we’re open to men or women. Move in date would be around Jan. 1st but could be as early as mid December if needed. 30 year old female school psychologist and 26 year old male sports broadcaster. We’re generally gone during the day working/working out and like to cook and chill at the apartment in the evenings. I’d like to think we’re pretty fun people and are just looking for a roommate (or couple) to live with who is nice and we can share a space with :)
