Six-month lease minimum. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood on a small lake, close to major highways, stores, and restaurants. The 1,800-square-foot 4/2 house features a split floor plan. The house is extra quiet since the living room is only used for storage.

Some of the room and property amenities included are an in-room hardwired Ethernet wall jack, Wi-Fi, an in-ceiling warm air return duct, an induction range, whole house water filtration, a water softener, reverse osmosis drinking water, waterfront access with a boat, two refrigerators and a chest freezer, a home gym, and an infrared sauna.

No smoking, hard drugs, pets, or overnight guests. If you like the room in person, you will proceed to complete a background and credit check (credit doesn’t need to be amazing).
