Hello! My name is Norma and I own my home in the Spring Branch area (off I-10 and Bunker Hill exit).
I am looking for an additional roommate for a 15’ x 12’ bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The current roommate’s last day is Dec. 12, 2023. Therefore, a new roommate would be available to move in as soon as Dec. 13, 2023.
I love the location of my home. There are close by grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations, food establishments, etc.
The square footage of the house is 3,000 s.f.
